  2. Write it#

    Give a rating and say what your experience was actually like. Specific is more useful than kind.

    Your review is submitted for moderation.

What happens next#

A submitted review is pending until someone reads it. From there it is either published, and appears publicly, or rejected. A rejected review is not published, and rejection is about suitability rather than about whether the review was positive.

Critical reviews are not rejected for being critical

Moderation exists to keep out spam and abuse. An honest complaint is exactly the kind of review worth publishing.
