Which route you take matters, because the fastest answer is the one that reaches someone who can already see the account you are asking about.
Your account or a site#
Sign in and ask from your dashboard. Anything tied to a site, a plan, an invoice or a backup arrives with the context already attached, which saves a round of questions about which site you mean and whether you are the account holder.
Locked out and cannot sign in? Use the password reset first. If the email never arrives, write to us from the address on the account and say so explicitly, so we know to check the delivery side rather than the reset itself.
Email#
One address, for everything: sitebefy@gmail.com. Billing and refunds, press, partnerships and job applications all land there.
We could publish four addresses that all forward to the same inbox. It would look more established and it would help nobody, so there is one.
WhatsApp#
If you have an account with us, WhatsApp is open to you as well. The number is in your dashboard once you sign in.
It sits behind the login because it reaches a person rather than a queue. A number published on an open page collects everything except customers, and then the customers are the ones waiting.
Reporting a security problem#
If you have found a vulnerability, please report it privately to sitebefy@gmail.com before disclosing it anywhere else, with "security" in the subject line so it gets picked out of the ordinary post. Include enough detail to reproduce it. We will confirm receipt and keep you updated while we work on a fix.
Please do not test against other customers' sites, and do not run automated scans that degrade service for anyone else. Testing against a site on your own account is fine.
When to expect a reply#
Within 48 hours. The team works Vietnam time, UTC+7, so a message sent late on a Friday in Europe or the Americas is usually answered on Monday.
If a site is down, say so in the first line. That gets looked at ahead of everything else.
