I cannot log in to WordPress admin
Locked out of your site's WordPress admin. Here is how to get back in.

This is about your site's WordPress admin, which is separate from your Sitebefy account. They have different passwords and are not linked.
1. Check the credentials you are using#
The username and admin link are on the Access tab of your site. The password was shown once, when the build finished. Make sure you are using the WordPress password rather than your Sitebefy one.
2. Have you tried too many times?#
If login attempt limits are on for the site, repeated failures block your address for a while. Wait rather than trying again immediately, which only extends it.
3. Reset the WordPress password#
Use "Lost your password?" on the WordPress login screen. This is WordPress's own email, sent from your site rather than from Sitebefy, so whether it arrives depends on your site's own mail configuration.
4. If nothing works#
SFTP access on the Access tab gives you direct file access to the site, which is enough to reset a WordPress password by hand if you know how. If you do not, write to us instead of experimenting on a live site.
That is a different problem with a different answer. See the account documents, and note that Sitebefy cannot currently send password reset email, so write to us directly.
