Subscribe, change plan, or cancel

How each of the three works, including what happens to the money when you switch.

  1. Open billing#

    Go to the billing section of your account. Your current plan and renewal date are shown there.

  2. Subscribe, change or cancel#

    Pick a plan to subscribe or switch, or cancel the current one.

  3. Confirm#

    Changes take effect immediately unless the screen says otherwise.

Changing plan mid-cycle#

The cost is prorated: you are charged or credited for the part of the cycle affected, rather than paying twice or losing what you already paid.

Cancelling#

Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then stops renewing. You do not lose access the moment you cancel.

Have a coupon?

Enter it during checkout rather than afterwards. A coupon applied later cannot retroactively change a payment already taken.
