Terms of Service
These terms are a contract between you and Flexa, registered at Vietnam ("Sitebefy", "we"). You accept them by creating an account.
1. The service#
Sitebefy lets you build, host and manage websites, with AI assistance. What your subscription includes (how many websites, how many AI requests, how much storage) is stated on the pricing page at the time you subscribe, and in your dashboard afterwards.
2. Your account#
Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; what happens under your account is yours. Tell us promptly if you believe your account is compromised; the Settings, Security page shows your active sessions and devices and lets you end them. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, and account information you give us must be accurate.
3. Payments, renewal, and running out#
Subscriptions renew for the period you chose, and are paid from your Sitebefy wallet or through the payment methods offered at checkout. Prices include tax where the pricing page says so. If a renewal cannot be paid, we tell you and retry before any of your services are suspended.
Some purchases, such as extra AI requests, are consumed as you use them. Unused extra requests expire at the end of the calendar month in which you bought them, and the checkout shows you that exact expiry date before you pay.
Refunds and the statutory right of withdrawal are covered by the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
4. Your content#
Your websites and everything you put on them stay yours. You give us the permission needed to host them, serve them to visitors, back them up, and process them with the AI features you invoke, and nothing more. When you import an existing website, you confirm you have the right to its content.
You are responsible for what you publish. That includes having a privacy policy for your own site's visitors where the law requires one; our Data Processing Agreement covers our role as your processor.
5. Acceptable use#
Do not use Sitebefy to break the law, distribute malware, send spam, infringe others' rights, attack the Sitebefy platform, or attack or interfere with other systems or services.
We may suspend or remove a site or account that violates these rules. Where appropriate, we will normally notify you and give you a reasonable opportunity to address the issue before taking enforcement action.
However, we may suspend or remove a site or account immediately, without prior notice, where necessary to prevent harm, protect Sitebefy or other users, comply with applicable law, or respond to serious or ongoing abuse.
If you believe we have made a mistake, you may appeal an enforcement action through the Sitebefy support channel within 30 days of the action. Please include the affected site or account and any relevant information supporting your appeal. We will review valid appeals and aim to respond within 7 business days.
6. AI features#
AI output is generated from your instructions and is not reviewed by us. Check it before you rely on it or publish it; it can be wrong, and it can resemble other people's work. Your plan includes a stated number of AI requests per period; what happens when they run out is shown in the dashboard.
7. Availability and support#
We aim to keep Sitebefy available and running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Sitebefy is provided without a service-level agreement (SLA) or guaranteed uptime commitment.
We may temporarily suspend or limit access to the service for maintenance, upgrades, security reasons, infrastructure issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Ending the contract#
You can stop using Sitebefy at any time. You can cancel your subscription or renewal through your dashboard, and request account deletion through the Sitebefy contact page.
When you request account deletion, your sites will be taken offline. Your data will then be permanently deleted after a 14-day grace period, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, or where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect Sitebefy, our users, or others.
If we decide to discontinue Sitebefy or materially discontinue the service, we will provide at least 30 days' notice where reasonably practicable. If you have paid in advance for a period of service that you will not receive because we discontinue the service, we will provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of that period.
9. Liability#
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sitebefy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from or related to your use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sitebefy's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Sitebefy for the service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You are responsible for the content, data, and materials you upload to or publish through your Sitebefy account, and for maintaining appropriate copies of important content and data.
We maintain backups for operational and disaster-recovery purposes and currently retain backups for up to 14 days. Backups are not a guarantee that all content or data can be restored, and you should maintain your own backups of important data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
10. Changes to these terms#
We may change these Terms from time to time.
For changes that materially reduce the service or benefits you receive, or materially increase your obligations, we will notify you through your dashboard at least 30 days before the changes take effect. If you do not agree with the changes, you may end your contract before they take effect.
We may make changes without advance notice where necessary to comply with applicable law, address security or safety concerns, or make minor administrative or clarifying changes.
