Refund Policy
Promotional guarantees#
Whether a money-back guarantee applies to your purchase is stated on the pricing page at the moment you buy. If one was displayed when you bought, it applies to you as displayed, even if we have since withdrawn it for new purchases. If none was displayed, none applies, and your rights are the statutory ones below.
Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)#
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason.
For services that start immediately, the law works like this, and our checkout follows it: when you buy, you are asked to expressly agree that we begin work at once. If you agree and we begin, you owe payment for what has been delivered by the time you withdraw; once the service you bought has been fully delivered, the right of withdrawal ends. If you do not agree, your service starts after the 14-day window instead.
To request a refund, contact us through the Sitebefy contact page within the applicable refund period. Where a refund is requested, you may choose to receive it through the original payment method or as credit to your Sitebefy wallet, where available. We will process approved refunds within 14 days of your refund request, as applicable.
Everything else#
- A billing error is always refunded. If we charged you wrongly, tell us and we will put it right.
- Sitebefy is provided without an SLA or guaranteed uptime commitment. We may, at our discretion, provide a credit or refund in exceptional circumstances.
- Consumed usage: AI requests already used and service periods already elapsed are not refundable except under a displayed guarantee or the statutory right above.
- Enforcement: If we close or suspend an account because of a serious or repeated violation of these Terms, fees already paid are generally non-refundable. This does not affect any refund or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. If an enforcement action is taken in error, we may provide an appropriate refund or credit.
Nothing on this page limits rights that the law of your country makes mandatory.
